Mr. Quareeb Kuku, is an astute Investment Banker with over 12 years experience across Research, Corporate Finance, Stockbroking Financial Advisory and Investment Management. Quareeb is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountant of Nigeria, Chartered Institute of Taxation and Chartered Institute of Stockbrokers.

He attended the University of Lagos where he obtained a B.Sc Estate Management. He worked briefly with Dominion Trust Limited and Security Swaps Limted before joining IEI Assets Limited (2009-2011).

He later joined Alternative Capital Limited in 2011 where he rose to the position of Head, Fund Management and Treasury.

Olusola is a Business Process and Organizational Development professional, he holds a B.Eng. (Civil Engineering) from the Federal University of Technology Akure, MBA from Edinburgh Business School Herriot Watt University, Scotland.

With a significant part of his career in Business Consulting, he has over the years - whether in line management or consulting capacity- worked on projects in Nigeria, countries within the West Coast and the United Kingdom.

Prior to joining Farmcrowdy Limited in 2018; he had served in three previous capacities as Chief Operating Officer with a Conglomerate, an International Business. Consulting/Project Management entity and a Funds Management entity - Alternative Capital Partners (a company licensed by the Securities and Exchange Commission of Nigeria ("SEC") as an Advisory and independent alternative wealth management entity with focus in the areas of providing specialist investment avenues, financial advisory for corporate entities in the areas of mergers & acquisitions, business unbundling & restructuring, private capital raising/placements, deal structuring and asset/mortgage backed securitization).

Mr. Bashiru Adeboyejo holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Port Harcourt and an MSc in Subsea Engineering from Cranfield University UK. He has over 20 years’ experience in project management experience with Dredging International and Shell Nigeria Exploration and Product Company in various Senior Engineering role in Project delivery and Asset Integrity Management.

Bashir has been involved in key execution and management role on infrastructure and Oil and gas development and real estate Projects.

He is currently the Managing Partner of Nucleous3 Group with investment in Oil Servicing, Real Estate, Entertainment and Agriculture. He is Chartered Reliability Professional, USA and has attended several training across Europe, Middle East and Americas. He is married with children.

Mariam is a graduate of Philosophy from the University of Ibadan. Bagged a Diploma in Marketing as a member of the Association of Business Executives, UK.

She is a seasoned media strategist with expertise in providing media direction for local and global brands - a certified APCON member who has also acquired other recognizable certifications.

Mariam started her career in Marketing Communications at mediaReach OMD Nigeria in 2010 where she currently serves as Lead, Strategic Planning/Implementation and Client Services.

As an entrepreneur, she creatively manages GiftSpot Nigeria as MD/CEO while seating on the board of WebKraft LLC as Director, Corporate Communications & Client Management.

Graduating from Nigeria’s premier Medical institution, the University College Hospital, University of Ibadan with a bachelor’s degree in Medicine and Surgery, Omofolarin Shitta-Bey is a product of Igbobi College Yaba and a pioneer student of the Lagos college of Science of Technology (now Lagos State Polytechnic).

The George Washington University School of Public Health and Health Services in Washington DC was the institution of choice by which a master’s degree in public health (MPH) with emphasis in Hospital Administration was attained. In concert with other post graduate diplomas, the stage was set for the challenges of public sector. With a desire for a deeper understanding of the corporate environment in mind, an MBA degree with an accent in Corporate Finance from The Johns Hopkins University Baltimore USA was achieved adding a unique yet diverse perspective to the working experience.

As CEO of CUE-2 Capital, (Nig) Ltd he has remained a consultant to various companies and organizations providing financial advice and other finance related product and services to an array of industries stretching from the shipping and building industries to non-profit organizations. In addition, he has also continued to provide consultancy services in the medical sphere especially in the Ambulatory and emergency fields.
